Cancellation Policy

Cancelling Swim Lessons:

To cancel, please text 303-568-9192 with your child's name, day and time of lesson.
If you have a morning swim lesson (7:30 am-12:00 pm) you must cancel your lesson by 7:00 am. Any swim lesson missed or canceled after 7:00 am will not be issued a credit. Swim lessons cancelled in time will be given a $15 credit for the next month.
If you have an afternoon/evening swim lesson (2:30 pm-7:00 pm) you must cancel your lesson by 12:00 pm. Any swim lesson missed or canceled after 12:00 pm will not be issued a credit. Swim lessons cancelled in time will be given a $15 credit for the next month.
Missing more than 2 lessons within 2 months may result in your lessons being forfeited.
Lesson(s) planned to be missed must be communicated by the 1st of each month. Communicated misses (work, vacation, travel, school, appointments) reported by 1st of each month will not be billed for communicated misses
Lessons are only refundable if instructor cancels a lesson and it cannot be carried to the next month or a make-up cannot be scheduled.
All lessons are to be paid by the 17th of each month. Failure to pay by the 17th will result in a $10 late fee and risk of your lessons being forfeited and is at the discretion of Carin, the director.
